At Direct Mortgage Concepts (DMC), we assist people through the often-daunting finance process when buying, selling, or refinancing a property.  Most people buy/sell only a handful of times throughout their lives.  We experience this every day and every week and have done so for over two decades.

When looking to finance a property, you can’t put a square peg in a round hole.  It’s important that borrowers get their loan approved, but equally, that they get the right loan that suits their specific needs.  Many borrowers don’t even know these needs, and that’s where we step in.  We help them to understand things by asking questions and suggesting what they could be doing with their mortgage to provide them with the most favourable outcome.

We sort out the finance, but more importantly, we educate borrowers along the way.  We make sure they understand the what and the why.  At DMC, we provide support from start to finish as you build a team of professionals around you to achieve the best outcome for your future.

Direct Mortgage Concepts is based in the Northern suburbs of Sydney but has clients all over Sydney, the central coast and Australia.  We service clients from our office, via zoom and in their homes by appointment.

We are not a fee-for-service business.  In almost all cases, we don’t charge client fees.  We are paid by the provider you choose from our growing panel of over forty different lenders.  We have lenders to suit almost every scenario.

Then, after your loan has settled, we continue to be there for you to review and assist you with your current and future mortgage needs.
